Welcome to RooferFuel.com (the “Website”), operated by RooferFuel (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our software, services, or this Website, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
RooferFuel provides a marketing automation and follow-up system designed exclusively for roofing professionals. Our services include, but are not limited to:
• Automated lead follow-up via text, email, and voicemail
• Lead management tools and CRM
• The proprietary VP System
• Territory exclusivity by zip code
• Onboarding support and growth strategies
We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
2. Account Requirements
By signing up for our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the authority to act on behalf of your business
• All information provided to RooferFuel is accurate and complete
• You will maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
3. Subscription Terms
RooferFuel operates on a month-to-month subscription model. Payment is due monthly in advance. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services and forfeiture of your reserved zip code.
4. Zip Code Exclusivity
We reserve the right to provide exclusive service to one roofing business per zip code. Your zip code reservation is guaranteed only while your subscription remains active and in good standing. If your subscription is canceled or lapses, the territory may be reassigned without notice.
5. 30-Day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee
RooferFuel offers a 30-Day Risk-Free Money Back Guarantee to new customers who meet the following terms and conditions:
1. The user must enroll in the Gold or Platinum plan and schedule an onboarding call within three (3) days of signup to receive the necessary tools and instructions for implementing the VP System.
2. The user must make a reasonable effort to use the VP System as directed, including marketing it correctly and following the strategies provided.
3. Any sales generated through the VP System during the 30-day period will disqualify the user from receiving a refund.
4. Users must input complete and accurate client data into the system to issue any VP System offers. This includes: full legal name, cell phone number, and email address of the customer.
5. All customer data must be submitted before the end of the first month to qualify for the money-back guarantee.
6. Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) business days before the next billing cycle.
7. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
8. The 30-day trial starts on the date of signup and continues for 30 consecutive calendar days, including non-business days.
9. The VP System may not be resold, transferred, or used independently. It may only be offered in conjunction with a full roof replacement, qualifying repair ($2,500+), referral, or as part of a marketing contest approved by RooferFuel.
Failure to comply with any of the above will void the 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
6. Customer Fees and Legal Disclaimers (VP System)
Customers who receive a trip through the VP System may be responsible for standard resort fees and applicable taxes, which vary by destination.
These charges are customary in the travel and incentive industry. Similar to winning a prize, buying a car, or receiving a large gift, the individual benefiting from the trip is responsible for covering any applicable taxes or fees.
RooferFuel is not permitted to pay these fees on the customer’s behalf, as doing so would violate tax laws. You are responsible for informing your customers in advance. We provide all necessary disclaimers and disclosures for you to include in your marketing materials.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use our platform for illegal, unethical, or misleading purposes
• Harass, spam, or misuse customer data
• Reproduce, sell, or share the VP System without express written consent
• Circumvent RooferFuel branding or resell offers as your own system
Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination without refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, copy, brand assets, software, and the proprietary VP System are owned by RooferFuel and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not replicate, resell, or reverse-engineer any component of our system or website.
9. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected] at least seven (7) business days before your next billing date
.Late or incomplete cancellation requests will result in continued billing for the next cycle.
10. Disclaimers
• Results vary based on implementation, lead quality, and market conditions.
• RooferFuel does not guarantee job closings or revenue generation.
• The VP System is a conversion tool. Results depend on your follow-through and client interaction.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RooferFuel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our platform or services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Results Disclaimer
RooferFuel provides tools and systems designed to improve marketing and sales performance. Individual results may vary based on business practices, effort, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific financial results.”
